Swastik Engineering’s Bio Safety Cabinets (BSC) deliver dependable operator, product, and environmental protection for microbiology, pharmaceutical preparation, and research workflows. Each unit combines precise airflow control with multi-stage HEPA/ULPA filtration to maintain aseptic conditions and prevent cross-contamination.


Designed for Indian lab environments, our BSCs feature low-noise EC blowers, bright shadow-free LED illumination, easy-service prefilters, and a microprocessor controller that continuously monitors face velocity and filter health. Models are available in Class II Type A2, Class II Type B2, and Class III (glove box) configurations to match your containment and exhaust strategy.

Models & Working Widths

Choose from Class II Type A2 (70% recirculation / 30% exhaust through HEPA), Class II Type B2 (100% exhaust for work with toxic vapors), and Class III (gas-tight glove box for maximum containment). Standard widths: 3 ft, 4 ft, and 6 ft. Custom sizes available on request.

Airflow & Protection

  • Operator protection via inward inflow at sash to prevent aerosol escape.
  • Product protection using ISO-class, HEPA-filtered laminar downflow across the work zone.

Construction & Materials

Rugged body in epoxy powder-coated steel for durability; optional chemically resistant polypropylene for aggressive applications. Clear side glazing admits natural light and improves operator comfort. Interior surfaces are smooth and non-porous for rapid cleaning and disinfection.
